Wear parts include engines components up to a V20 power generation application, axles, differentials, transmissions, compressor cylinders, pump housings - to name just but a few.
Our markets for engines, transmissions, axles and differentials come from truck, bus, off highway including industrial. We offer Remanufacture, Repair, Field Service Support and Parts to all makes manufacturers.
Hindle Reman manufacture small batches of specialist components - including crankcases, housings, and crankshafts. We offer General Engineering disciplines - Grinding, Boring, Milling and Turning and this is complemented by our recovery processes - Metal Spraying, Submerged arc Welding, White Metalling and Metal Stitching.
Our major customers include Stagecoach, Finning, Cummins, MoD, London Underground and Cosworth who require there own quality workmanship standards running along side our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.
Reman Components
We carry out remanufacture processes to all makes engine components and in the majority of cases remanufacture to the Original Equipment Manufacturers specifications. These process are also used in many other industries for reclaiming worn components such as housings and shafts.
